Keep a regular routine and wake up your baby late in morning so as to make up for some of his late nights. Make your little one to sleep in a well-lit area to boost up shorter naps which will keep him at restful sleep at night.

Increase his daytime feed that will fulfill his nutritional needs. Carry your baby with the help of a sling or with other baby carrier. This will in turn keep him relaxed in the early evening hours ensuring a quicker bed time at night. It encourages his easy transition to sleep.

Give him a bath which is relaxing and is recorded to be a boosting factor for your baby sleeping. Say strict no to nighttime diaper changes at all if possible.
