As winter begins to approach, it is time to freshen up your wardrobe with great warm colors that will not only keep you warm but will highlight your complexion as well. At the same time, it is a good idea to consider updating your makeup collection as well and move from the colors of summer to the tones of winter. While you may not realize it, your hair and skin actually do change somewhat as the warm days of summer blend into the cooler months of fall and winter.

Also, you will probably notice that your hair will darken some. All of this means that you need to make some changes in terms of the cosmetics and beauty products you use this time of year.

Not only do you want to choose tones that will flatter your skin during the winter months, but you also want to select products that will nourish your skin as well. In addition, it is a good idea to think about the upcoming holidays. During the winter months there are usually numerous special events and occasions that call for a little glitz, so you should plan on including some products in your new fall and winter cosmetic collection that have a little shimmer and shine and will be just perfect for any parties you may be invited to.
