Here are a couple of tips to protect and clean your diamond jewellery.
You need to make sure that you never store your diamonds with other diamond jewellery. This rule can seem to be strange but it is actually very important to do so as the diamonds may scratch each other or the chains or settings become tangled. Remember that diamonds are very tough but they can damage each other!
Don’t forget to remove your jewellery before doing different things if you don’t want to damage them.You should never wear your diamond rings in bed as you could easily break them. You should also remove your jewellery when doing any manual work like DIY or gardening or even while doing sport as a hard blow could dislodge or chip them!
The same applies when you are bathing and showering as soap could cause a film that could dull the diamond. On top of that, you should never leave your ring or any other jewellery next to the sink when washing your hands as they can easily slip down the drain!
As well as being stored properly, diamond jewellery like diamond rings, diamond necklaces or any other needs to be cleaned from time to time to stay as beautiful and sparkling as when you bought it.
